Packing Time: 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS - Products are made to order, so they are not printed until your order is placed
FREE TRACKING UPDATES WILL BE EMAILED FOR EITHER USPS OR UPS (check your junk mail for email).
Creepy All Year's print on demand vendor packs and ships orders within 3-4 days, but USPS has been experiencing delays with overwhelming volume. Once USPS or UPS have your package, Creepy All Year does not have control over transport. If you're experiencing delays, you can check your tracking number from your email for updates, or call USPS (800-275-8777) or UPS (800-742-5877) for more information.
Creepy All Year is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged packages and replacements or refunds will not be provided.

- ITEMS IN YOUR PACKAGE AND COST (they will want proof of purchase)
- YOUR EMAIL & PHONE NUMBER FOR CONTACT

Buyer is responsible for filing a claim for their missing package.
Signature is not required on delivery except larger items, so if you are not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left at the safest location deemed fit for the carrier.
If you do not want your package left, you can contact USPS or UPS and provide your shipping details to request a pick up or schedule a time for delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! On orders of $100.00 or more, we offer free shipping to the continental U.S. These orders will ship via USPS Ground or UPS Ground at the discretion of creepyallyear.com
What carrier(s) do you ship with?
We ship orders via USPS and UPS.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Orders shipped within the continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico could take longer)
USPS Priority & UPS 3 Day Select | 2-4 business days (after fulfillment)
UPS Ground | 2-7 business days (after fulfillment)
USPS Ground Advantage | 2-7 business days (after fulfillment)
